Available in very limited numbers for this month only, expect an incredibly clean and juicy coffee, with notes of strawberry, sweet caramel and redbush tea.
Luz Helena Salazar stands tall as a pioneering figure in the Colombian coffee industry. Working hand-in-hand with her husband, Jairo Arcila, and their sons Felipe and Carlos, her impact on Colombia's coffee scene is profound. From imparting invaluable agronomy knowledge to producers, to sharing their expertise in innovative processing methods, their collective efforts have left an indelible mark on Colombia's coffee landscape.
We don’t label our coffee as espresso or filter. Instead, for each coffee we create a unique roasting profile, designed to bring out the best flavours from its origin, farm and milling method. That’s why, instead, we label our coffee based on the experience it brings to the cup.
