You’ve come to the right place. Our brewing guides are made to help you craft home coffee like a genuine pro. Everything from the beans you choose to the grinder you use, even the water you boil, can alter the taste in your cup, so it’s time to take the guesswork out of it.
Do bear in mind: as every machine is different, you'll want to think of these as general guidelines rather than parameters.
In the spirit of guidelines, here are the quantities we’d advise:For Espresso , use 18g of coffee for 36g of espresso within 27-31 secondsFor Filter , use 21g of coffee with 300g of water
