With Christmas just around the corner, and we’re here to help you make it as smooth and festive as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our roastery hours, shipping deadlines, and tips for staying fully stocked with your favourite coffee.

Thursday, December 26th: Closed
Friday, December 27th: Normal Opening Hours

Monday, December 30th: Normal Operating Hours
Tuesday, December 31st: Normal Operating Hours
Wednesday, January 1st: Closed - Happy New Year!
Thursday, January 2nd: Normal Operating Hours - Back to normal!

Shipping Deadlines

To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, here are the key dates to keep in mind:

UK Deliveries

Royal Mail:
Tracked 48 - Order by Friday 20th December before 7:30 AM (delivery aim: 22/12)
Packfleet:
Mainland UK - Order by Friday 20th December before 7:30 AM (delivery aim: 21/12)
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands - Order by Thursday 19th December (delivery aim: 22/12)

International Deliveries

Royal Mail: For most locations, place your order between Friday 6th December and Monday 9th December.
DHL: To ensure delivery within 5 working days, we recommend placing your order by Sunday 15th December. If you need specific guidance, get in touch with us.

Plan Ahead to Stay Stocked

We all know how busy this time of year gets, and with the increase in parcels being sent, delays can happen. Delivery schedules are unlikely to return to normal until 3rd January, so we recommend ordering enough coffee to last from 16th December through the first week of January.

Don’t worry—your coffee will stay fresh and delicious for at least 30 days after roasting, so you’ll be able to enjoy exceptional quality well into the New Year.

Orders Between 20th December and 2nd January

All orders placed during this period will be dispatched on a first-come, first-serve basis. We’ll do everything we can to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible once the team is back in action.

Festive Reminder

Please don’t leave your gift shopping until the last minute! The holiday rush can slow everything down, and we’d hate for your gifts to miss the big day.
