Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and widely acknowledged as one of the world’s best origins. Walking around the coffee lands there, you can see why: coffee plants abound in the nation’s gardens, sometimes even breaking through the concrete to grow in towns and cities. The ease with which coffee grows there is a testament to how perfect the climate is for it. Created by a cooperative of 430 small farmers from the village of Buku Sayisa, this natural processed coffee is exceptionally vibrant and unique.
