OK, it’s not. It’s actually super easy. In fact, it’s even easier than it sounds…

  1. Ready your bowl and spoon.
  2. Scoop some ice cream, ideally vanilla, into the bowl.
  3. Pour a double shot of espresso over the ice cream.
  4. That’s it. Oh, apart from eating it.

Of course, to make the perfect affogato, you’re going to need to brew a pitch-perfect espresso.
