Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please refer to the appropriate section below depending on the type of product.

Non-Consumable Goods

Includes equipment and merchandise.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
If the item is not faulty, return shipping is at your cost. Please retain proof of postage.
If the item is faulty, we will arrange courier collection at no cost to you.

Consumable Goods

Includes all coffee products.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we only offer refunds or replacements if the product is faulty or damaged.
All claims are assessed by our Customer Service team and, if necessary, our Head of Coffee.
If your coffee has arrived in poor condition, please contact us at info@kissthehippo.com and we’ll do our best to put things right.
