Our Year in Review
Here’s everything we achieved in 2025, from sustainability wins to brand new cafés.
Another trip around the sun, another year of coffees worth talking about. We spent it doing what we do best: finding extraordinary lots, roasting them with care, and making sure every cup counts.
Every year, we set ourselves ambitious goals: for taste, for quality, for the people who grow our coffee, and for the planet. That means working directly with producers we trust, roasting with care and precision, and always putting exceptional coffee first. We're proud to say we hit them all, and then some. See how in our full report below.
We sourced coffee from
Colombia, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, Mexico, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Rwanda, Uganda.
That's 17 countries and a total of 109 individually selected lots, each chosen for its character, complexity, and the quality of the people behind it.
A breakdown of our coffees
50% Washed: 58,156 kg
35% Natural: 40,590 kg
8% Experimental: 9,227 kg
4% Decaf: 4,899 kg
1% Honey: 1,732 kg
27% Organic: 31,306 kg
Our experimental lots grew to 8% this year, a reflection of our commitment to working with producers who are innovating at origin and pushing the boundaries of processing.
