The Fellow Espresso Series 1 is Fellow's first espresso machine and the one the brand's design-led following has been waiting for. It is a semi-automatic home espresso machine built around a three-element Boosted Boiler architecture, a brass-cored commercial 58mm group head, and intelligent pressure profiling, all wrapped in Fellow's trademark minimalist industrial design.

Four colourways are offered in the UK: Black, Cherry Red + Walnut, Sesame + Maple, and Woodland + Walnut. The walnut and maple accents are real wood veneers on the side panels and the portafilter handle, so the machine reads more like a piece of kitchen furniture than a traditional stainless prosumer rig.

It is built for the enthusiast home barista who wants genuine shot-to-shot control (adjustable pre-infusion, pressure profiling, PID temperature, assisted steaming) without the learning curve of a Lelit or Rancilio prosumer, and for the design-conscious buyer who already owns a Fellow Stagg, Ode, or Aiden. Every Series 1 ordered from Kiss the Hippo ships with three 250g bags of our specialty espresso roast so you can start dialling in on day one.

• Boosted Boiler architecture: Three independent heating elements (boiler, flow-through heater, group head heater) deliver to-the-degree thermal stability and a sub-two-minute warm-up.
• Commercial 58mm group head: Brass-core, internally heated, with an integrated water-dispersion block for even extraction.
• PID temperature control: Independent brew and steam PIDs; brew temperature is user-adjustable in 1 degree steps on the LCD.
• Programmable pressure profiling: Adjust pressure throughout the shot including controlled pre-infusion, saved as reusable recipe profiles.
• Intelligent shot feedback: Built-in shot analysis flags fast or slow pulls and suggests grind adjustments for your next brew.
• Assisted milk steaming: Temperature-sensing, fully articulating steam wand that auto-stops at your target milk temperature, auto-purges after use, and can be tuned per milk type.
• Full colour LCD + jog dial: Guided recipes walk you through classic drinks; manual mode exposes every variable.
• Wi-Fi + Fellow companion app: Save, share and download pressure/temperature profiles including roaster-matched presets.
