The Sage Barista Express Impress brings the simplicity of manual espresso to your kitchen with the precision of an integrated assist. The revolutionary Impress™ Puck System grinds, doses and tamps with 10 kg of force and a 7° barista twist for a perfectly polished puck — every time, no skill required.
The integrated conical burr grinder with 25 grind settings dispenses the right dose into the 54mm commercial-style portafilter. Sage's PID-controlled thermocoil heating system delivers stable extraction temperature, while the powerful manual steam wand textures silky microfoam milk by hand for cappuccinos, flat whites and latte art.
Each Sage Barista Express Impress comes with a complimentary gift: three 250g bags of Kiss the Hippo specialty espresso coffee (George Street Blend, Donna, and Fruitopia), curated to help you explore your machine's full flavour range.
We don’t label our coffee as espresso or filter. Instead, for each coffee we create a unique roasting profile, designed to bring out the best flavours from its origin, farm and milling method. That’s why, instead, we label our coffee based on the experience it brings to the cup.
