The Fellow Atmos Electric Vacuum Canister keeps your coffee beans out of contact with oxygen, the single biggest cause of staling once a bag is opened. Press the button on the lid and a small pump draws air out of the canister in a few seconds, creating a vacuum seal that holds the beans at cellar conditions between brews.
Unlike the manual Atmos, the electric version has a sensor built into the lid that monitors the vacuum around the clock. If pressure creeps back up, the pump tops the seal up automatically, so beans stay fresh even if you only brew a couple of times a week. The USB-C rechargeable battery lasts roughly four months per charge under daily use.
The 0.7 litre size holds around 300g of whole bean coffee. The 1.2 litre holds around 450g.
