We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking for a full refund if you contact us at least 48 hours before your workshop by emailing info@kissthehippo.com.

To ensure everyone has a chance to attend our workshops, please let us know in advance if you’re unable to make it. Reschedules must be arranged with at least 48 hours' notice.

If you need to reschedule more than once, your booking will be converted into store credit equal to the booking value. This credit can be used on our website for any products or future workshops.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class, or non-attendance on the day, are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and prepared in advance.

Gift vouchers are refundable within 30 days of purchase (if unredeemed) and remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once a voucher has been redeemed and a date booked, the same 48-hour cancellation policy applies.

If a workshop has not reached its minimum capacity, Kiss the Hippo reserves the right to reschedule the booking. If, for any reason, we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or help you move to a new date.

If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch. While we cannot guarantee refunds for last-minute changes, we will always do our best to help.

Every single one of our coffees is ethically sourced from trusted producers, then sustainably roasted at London’s first carbon negative coffee roastery.

We pay over twice the fair trade price for our coffee, then give back by contributing to a number of international initiatives – not to mention by planting trees to ensure we soak up more carbon than we produce.

Orders under £50:

DHL Parcel Pickup 2-3 working days: £3.50

Orders over £50:

Express Carbon Neutral Delivery (DHL) 1-2 working days: FREE

DHL Parcel Pickup 2-3 working days: FREE

Free Shipping on all UK Subscription orders.

For International orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be sent via DHL Express.

For EU orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

Custom Duties and Import VAT

Please note, when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination, so we do our best to estimate them at checkout instead.
