La Marzocco Jay Espresso Grinder
The La Marzocco Jay is the house grinder La Marzocco built for its own machines — a 68mm flat-burr espresso grinder designed to pair with the Linea Mini, Linea Micra and GS3 at home, and to hold its own on a professional bar. It's the first grinder La Marzocco has engineered start-to-finish in-house.
At its heart are 68mm hardened-steel flat burrs cut with La Marzocco's own uninterrupted geometry, driven by a 700-800W motor running at 1,380-1,550 rpm for cool, efficient grinding that preserves the aromatics of a single-origin espresso. Stepless adjustment gives you the full micro-resolution needed for modern specialty roasts, programmable dosing takes the guesswork out of back-to-back shots, and the whole machine is clad in the brushed-stainless build quality you'd expect to find next to a Linea.
Built for the serious home barista or small bar pairing a La Marzocco (or any premium espresso machine). Every La Marzocco Jay ordered from Kiss the Hippo ships with three 250g bags of our specialty espresso roast so you can dial in on roasts worthy of the grinder.
