Timemore Sculptor 078S Coffee Grinder
The Sculptor 078S is Timemore's flagship home grinder and the first 78mm flat-burr grinder they have built. It uses a co-developed Grinding Labs burr set with a three-row vortex cutting geometry, driven by a brushless PID motor that holds torque steady across 800 to 1400 RPM.
Vertical grind path, magnetic catch cup, patented rotary knocker and single-dose workflow put it head-to-head with grinders twice its price. Espresso, pour-over, batch and cupping all sit inside its useful range.
Each Timemore Sculptor 078S comes with a complimentary gift: three 250g bags of Kiss the Hippo specialty coffee to explore the grinder's full range.
