Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee is just that: coffee brewed when cold. Though it takes longer that its high temperature cousin, steeping coffee grounds in cool water for a longer period of time unlocks rich, full-bodied flavours you won’t find through any other brewing method.

Step 1

Weigh 55 grams of coffee and grind on a coarse setting.

Step 2

Disassemble your brewer.

Step 3

Twist to open the filter, then add coffee to the bottom compartment. Reattach top of filter.

Step 4

Twist the filter into the top of the bottle.

Step 5

Pour water into bottle.

Step 6

Reassemble the brewer.

Step 7

Saturate all the grounds by gently rotating the brewer. Allow to brew for 8-12 hours.  Remove the filter, place the top of the bottle back onto the glass base, open the spout, and pour over ice.

P.S You can store it in the refrigerator, & drink within 3 days.
