A coffee tasting gift card, redeemable at any of our tasting locations
One gift card, three cafés to choose from. The recipient books their 90-minute specialty coffee tasting at whichever Kiss the Hippo location suits them, Soho, City or Bloomsbury, and redeems the card on the day.
Our dedicated workshops team guides them through the professional cupping method: the same technique used to score, buy, and roast the coffees we serve in our cafés. They'll taste a range of single origin coffees side by side, learning how origin country, altitude, processing method, and roast level shape what ends up in the cup.
By the end of the session they'll start identifying tasting notes with confidence, pick up the language our team uses to describe coffee, and have a clearer sense of which flavour profile fits their morning brew. No prior experience needed. Drink vouchers included to enjoy on a return visit to our cafés.
A thoughtful and unusual present for birthdays, anniversaries, thank yous, or simply treating someone to something deliciously different.

We will send the physical gift card to the shipping address specified in the order. For further information, please refer to the 'How it Works' section below.
We’ll send out a gift card to the address you’ve provided – if you want it sent straight to your giftee, put in their shipping address instead of yours.
On the card, you’ll find all the details you need (plus a promo code with which your giftee can book their course, on their preferred date)
- Each course takes two hours
- A complimentary 250g bag of Roaster’s Choice Kiss the Hippo coffee
- As much coffee as you can drink on the day
- For non-milk drinkers, dairy alternatives will be available on the day.
- We understand that schedules can change, so you can cancel your appointment and receive a full refund as long as it's 48 hours prior to the class.
- To ensure everyone has a chance to attend our workshops, please let us know in advance if you're unable to make it by emailing us at info@kissthehippo.com at least 48 hours before your workshop day.
- Unfortunately, if you don't show up for your workshop or cancel later than 48 hours before your workshop, we won't be able to offer a refund or reschedule for another day due to limited space.

Every single one of our coffees is ethically sourced from trusted producers, then sustainably roasted at London’s first carbon negative coffee roastery.
We pay over twice the fair trade price for our coffee, then give back by contributing to a number of international initiatives – not to mention by planting trees to ensure we soak up more carbon than we produce.

Please note, when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination, so we do our best to estimate them at checkout instead.
