1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Kiss the Hippo Roastery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10748634, VAT number 284446968) with its registered office at 33 Redburn Industrial Estate, Woodall Road, Enfield, EN3 4LQ ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3. By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.

3. How to enter

3.1. The prize draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.

3.2. To enter, visit the Promoter's stand (Stand RW14, Roasters Village) at the London Coffee Festival 2026, scan the QR code, and complete the sign-up form with a valid email address and your first and last name.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3.4. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues or any other reason.

4. Entry period

4.1. The prize draw opens at 08:00 on Thursday 14 May 2026 and closes at the end of trading on Sunday 17 May 2026.

4.2. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. The prize

5.1. One (1) winner will receive: one (1) Sage the Barista Express™ Impress espresso machine (RRP £729.95); and a 12-month coffee subscription, consisting of one 250g bag of single origin coffee (roaster's choice) per month for twelve consecutive months, beginning the month following the winner's confirmation (total approximate value £165.60).

5.2. The total approximate prize value is £895.55.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

5.5. The coffee subscription element of the prize cannot be paused, transferred, or extended beyond the 12-month period.

6. Winner selection

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random computer process.

6.2. The draw will take place on Tuesday 19 May 2026. The winner will be publicly announced on Wednesday 20 May 2026.

7. Winner notification

7.1. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address provided on entry) within seven (7) working days of the draw.

7.2. If the winner does not respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner using the same random selection method.

7.3. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for emails that are not received due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or any other reason.

8. Publication of winner

8.1. The first name, surname initial, and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who requests this information by emailing info@kissthehippo.com within two (2) months of the draw date.

8.2. By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, surname initial, and county for the reasonable purposes of announcing the result and any related publicity.

9. Festival subscription offer (separate from the prize draw)

9.1. All entrants to the prize draw are eligible to purchase the Promoter's London Coffee Festival pre-paid 3-month subscription product (the "Festival Subscription") at a discounted price of £15 off the standard 3-month subscription rate, with free UK delivery. The offer is delivered via a dedicated product page at https://kissthehippo.com/products/lcf-single-origin-subscription.

9.2. The Festival Subscription consists of three (3) consecutive monthly deliveries of one (1) 250g bag of Roaster's Choice single origin coffee (or substitute selection). The full three-month value is paid upfront at point of purchase.

9.3. The offer is available to new subscribers only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The Festival Subscription is non-refundable once dispatched and cannot be paused, transferred or extended beyond the 3-month period.

9.4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and to amend the offer terms in the event of fraud, technical failure, or stock unavailability.

10. Data protection

10.1. Personal data collected through this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://kissthehippo.com/pages/privacy-policy.

10.2. By entering, you consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any marketing email.

10.3. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, fulfilling the prize, and (where consented) sending marketing communications.

11. General

11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other event beyond its reasonable control that affects the proper administration of the draw.

11.2. The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

11.3. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11.4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
