Certified Organic by the Soil Association, George Street Blend is our go-to house coffee. Strong enough to shine through milk, George Street is carefully roasted to highlight the coffee’s robust, natural flavours while also pushing through a deep sweetness that helps create a syrupy body.
For the latest iteration of George Street, we’ve combined two different coffees from our Colombian direct trade partner Agricultural Producers Tolima Grande. This particular coffee is about 70% Colombia Huila, with 30% Colombia Tolima rounding out the mix. Harvested from around 80 farmers in the two midwestern Colombian districts after which the lots are named, the combination of the two has produced delicious tasting notes of sweet caramel, citrus and red berry.
We don’t label our coffee as espresso or filter. Instead, for each coffee we create a unique roasting profile, designed to bring out the best flavours from its origin, farm and milling method. That’s why, instead, we label our coffee based on the experience it brings to the cup.

Every single one of our coffees is ethically sourced from trusted producers, then sustainably roasted at London’s first carbon negative coffee roastery.
We pay over twice the fair trade price for our coffee, then give back by contributing to a number of international initiatives – not to mention by planting trees to ensure we soak up more carbon than we produce.

All of our coffees are tested weekly by our professional tasters to ensure quality and delicious flavour. They’re our Quality Control team, and they taste, evaluate, and refine every single one of our coffees, every single day.
Our coffee is roasted and packaged in state-of-the-art nitrogen gas-flushed bags, to help keep it at peak quality for over a month. Your coffee order will come from the freshest possible roast, and will always have weeks’ worth of peak freshness left in it.
We dispatch Monday to Friday from our roastery. You will receive the most recent roast.
