Oscar Riascos, the acclaimed Colombian coffee farmer whose dedication to quality saw this specific lot crowned "best coffee in Cauca" in late 2024. Oscar Riascos cultivates his remarkable Gesha in close partnership with his neighbour, the renowned Wilton Benitez. Together, they are integral to Granja Paraíso 92, one of Colombia’s foremost producers, celebrated for its trailblazing and innovative processing techniques. Their access to advanced facilities, including a dedicated microbiology lab, quality lab, and a cutting-edge processing plant, allows for the implementation of meticulously controlled and scientific methods. This meticulous approach at Granja Paraíso 92 consistently yields coffees that are not only delicious and vibrant but also uniquely expressive, complex, and truly one-of-a-kind.
